Emergency Preparedness Resources and Training

As part of our commitment to safety and security, Shorenstein Realty Services has created a website that offers additional resources on emergency preparedness with information from creating a business continuity plan, to creating checklists for planning & responses to communications, and disaster response exercise. Additionally, Shorenstein has prepared an on-line evacuation-training site. This training site is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week by logging into BSS Guardian for on-line Occupant Life Safety Training. See your company administrator for your company's password.

 

The training on this site will explain the life safety systems in the building as well as provide a visual of evacuation routes. We strongly encourage you to have all new employees view this site as part of their employee orientation. We also ask you to remind your employees about the site on a regular basis, so that they have the opportunity to revisit the life safety systems and evacuation routes.
